Is Candidate Obama Back?

President Obama appointed Richard Cordray to lead the new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. The president appointed Cordray whilst the congress is in recess. Many on the left are happy that the president is finally 'standing up to congress'. Is candidate Obama back? We love that guy!
